A: The web site migration service that we are offering is free (to a certain extent). We’ll migrate your website(s) to our enterprise–grade cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from personal experience that changing hosting providers can lead to lost info and undesirable network downtime. For this reason, we will perform all that for you for free!We’ve got experienced administrators whose main assignment is to make sure that your web site works exactly as it did on your old hosting platform. Our administrators are well–versed in migrating custom–built sites, as well as sites that are based on popular scripts like Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we cannot give you an exact time window, since there are many factors, among them the size of the files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will try our best to migrate your site within 48h, and in some cases – within 24h (in case the website content is not very large).

A: Yeah. We will require the name of the website that you would like us to move. We will also need a way to log in to your current web hosting account so that we can get the content associated with your website.

A: User privacy is truly one of our primary concerns – this is why, both our payment page and our Control Panel login page are secured with enterprise–level digital certificates. We employ security measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, digital and managerial operations to safeguard the data that we assemble on the web. And we also have a detailed and rigid Privacy Policy, which specifies the types of information that we gather.

A: No. Your web site will continue to be visible online during the migration. Once everything is completed on our end, we will inform you so that you can preview it and check for problems. If everything’s alright, all you will have to do is modify your domain name’s DNS resource records.

A: Nope. Aside from your login details for the Control Panel, we do not require anything. We’ll never touch base with your web hosting provider. They will not know anything about the transfer either.

A: We can transfer your web site from any hosting provider or any Linux–driven web hosting platform as long as we can gain access to the Control Panel and there’s FTP access available.The only sites that we’re unable to transfer are those based on closed–source software applications such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
